Join me for a 3 day Sacred Energy Arts Self-Care retreat in the UK, close to London this coming September 17th - 19th.
This will be a joint venture with Movement For Modern Life, who will document the event, and offer it as a Sacred Energy Arts product on their online video platform. You will nonetheless have full choice of whether you are filmed or not.
The retreat will be a combination of many of the themes and art forms I teach, with the aim of giving you the tools to develop and deepen your practice.
Day One will focus on Yoga and Qigong fusion, Day Two on 5 Elements Qigong and Martial Arts Qigong, and we will finish up on Day Three with Healing Hands, an introduction to massage for self healing, and for healing others.
This will be a fun retreat full of many things I haven't yet taught in London. It will also be filled with healthy, beautiful, Qi-strong food, courtesy of chef Sophie Gordon, creator of DustGranola, utilising the best of the season's harvest.
The venue will be West Lexham, set within 21 acres of idilic land in the heart of Norfolk, just 1.5 hours via train from London. With beautiful en-suite accommodation plus treehouses set within the wooded areas of the gardens, a stunning barn and garden to practice in, plus endless countryside to ramble through in the downtime. It will be the perfect place to drop in and go deeper.

West Lexham is in Norfolk to the east of Kings Lynn. The nearest town is Swaffham, to the South. It is close to rail and coach stops, and we strongly recommend coming here by public transport rather than driving, as there are plenty of easy links. There is parking available should that be your preference.
The nearest train station is Downham Market. Trains run from London Kings Cross to Downham Market every hour and every half hour at certain peak times. Journey times are approximately 1h 25m. Check here for times.
Please let Tom know expected arrival times and he will organise taxis for as many people per car as possible. The rates are around £35 each way.
Stansted is the closest international airport and we can arrange transfers upon request.
Please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up and you cannot attend our retreat. We always endeavour to treat cancellations fairly and sympathetically, but as spaces are limited the following applies: We'll refund you the full amount you've paid minus the deposit (£250) if you cancel 30 days BEFORE the start of the retreat. If you cancel WITHIN 30 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued unless we find a replacement for the vacancy created by your cancellation. If we do find a replacement, we will refunded everything you've paid minus the deposit to you within 15 days.
