December 11, Sunday - 2-5 pm

$200, $175 before December 2, 2016

We invite you to join us in taking a break from the holiday hustle and bustle, for a weekend of self care and caring for others. Through self exploration, excavation and distillation of the ancient and progressive teachings of Qigong, coaching, yoga, meditation, breath work, sound and poetry, we will create opportunities to be more healthy, radiant and alive, as we
pave the way for a bright and spacious new year with ease and groundedness.

By taking care of ourselves we lighten the hearts of those that came before us;
those who worked hard so we could have a beautiful life. By truly caring for ourselves we recognize our worth and begin to wash away the tears of our ancestors.

This workshop is perfect for students of all levels of practice.

Please bring a pillow from home, if you'd like. Blankets, bolsters and blocks will be provided.

Sifu Matthew Cohen has been fully immersed in the study and application of Martial, Yogic and Healing Arts for over 30 years. His teachings are at once ancient, progressive, secular and sacred. His integrated approach to healing is potent and accessible drawing from Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, and Martial Arts.

Pete Lee, certified and registered Kundalini & Restorative Yoga instructor, certified Co-Active Life Coach, and sound and energy healing facilitator, brings ease, humor, and
compassion to all his classes.
